“I knew that I desired to pursue the optical industry when I witnessed a 3-year-old boy put a pair of glasses on for the first time,” he says. “He filled up with tears as he looked at his mother clearly for the first time and said, ‘Mommy, you’re so pretty.’ I knew that I could balance my technical skills in coordination with building lasting relationships with patients to provide the best possible eye-care experience. I see the experience through the eyes of the patient, and this allows me to effectively listen and determine the best possible fit, style, and comfort in eyewear.”
